Hello, I’ve been experiencing pretty bad feel pain, mostly towards the heal and the bridge of the foot. It has been occurring for maybe over 2 years and I’m tired of it since it impacts my performance. I have gotten new skates and high quality feet pads but they don’t do the trick. Btw I am 17 and have been skating for about 5 years now. Any advice? Do I need to do certain workouts to strengthen my feet? Thanks!
