So I have flat feet and for those of you who share this seemingly minor problem, it'll catch up to you as you get older. Anyone here do anything special before or afterwards to deal with this? Or are there any equipment that you can wear during training to help treat/manage flat feet? I wear orthotics in my shoes but when we're training on the mat it's noticeable that my balance is shifted to one side (I also have slight scoliosis). I feel these issues aren't addressed enough and would love to hear other students of this martial arts who share this condition.
